There was a vacant room next to my office, so I made a rental contract the other day.
It is a one-bedroom 27㎡apartment located on the third floor of a four-story building.

It has been 40 years since the construction of the building, so it feels quite old.
However, it’s still decent-looking and tidy because it has just been renovated from Japanese style to Western style.

I’m thinking of renting out this room to anyone who wants to utilize it for English classes.
I hope that it will be used as a way for foreigners or foreign students living in Sendai to interact with local people.
